“…In conclusion, early diagnosis and appropriate treatment can increase survival time and improve patients' QOL with prostate lymphoma. In this case, the patient's lower urinary tract obstruction symptoms were improved while obtaining pathological specimens via the HoLEP[ 9 , 10 ] minimally invasive method.
