Comparative cytogenetic analysis of marine needlefishes (Beloniformes) from southern Brazil

Abstract: Cytogenetic studies have assisted in the taxonomic classification of organisms, especially those involving species with highly similar morphologic characteristics, or so-called cryptic species.
