Abstract: Introduction. The problem of health impairment due to the impact of physical factors, including vibration disease (VD), retains medical and social relevance due to the significant specific gravity in the structure of occupational morbidity and high prevalence. Under vibration exposure, the acid-base equilibrium, immune status are disturbed, rheological properties and properties of the neurohumoral system, as well as functional indices of the central and peripheral nervous system change.
