Abstract:Several transgenic marine medaka Oryzias dancena strains harboring a green fluorescent protein (GFP) reporter construct regulated by an endogenous β-actin promoter were established and their expression characteristics in relation to transgene copy numbers were examined in 21 transgene genotypes.
