Comparative Analysis of the Quality of Fruit, Fresh and Processed as Compote, of certain Cherry Tree Cultivars

Abstract: The five cherry tree cultivars presented in this paper (Van, Stela, Simbol, Boambe de Cotnari, Gesmerdorf) are those that occupy most of the surface cultivated with this species at the Research Station for Fruit Growing Constanta.
