Abstract:Dendrobium williamsonii and Dendrobium cariniferum (Orchidaceae) are endangered perennial herbs, and they are very similar in morphology. Chloroplast genome sequencing technology provides a powerful tool for molecular analysis to get more infomation for phylogenetic analysis and identification of Dendrobium species.
