This study identifies scientific findings of the relationship between HR empowerment and technology skills to empower leadership skills in functional business areas. Scientists' advice shows a close relationship between HR governance and technological skills and the empowerment of leadership roles in the business world. For that, we reviewed dozens of international publications, and we specialized in around 50 preliminary formulation papers and problems and ten leading publications as important findings data. We chose data analysis utilizing the coding and in-depth interpretation for valid and reliable findings and answered the research questions. We are looking for data sources electronically on Google scholar, Publication ERIC, and Microsoft academic data sources from 2015 to 2021 so that the analyzed data is indeed updated. After reviewing the discussion, we can summarize the findings of published evidence stating that human resource management in the business world in the modern era requires technological power to work there truly compete because HR management is closely related to superior policies and practices businesses need. Thus this simple finding becomes an impactful input for researchers, university instructors, and another world of business practice.

Relevance of the article - security has always been one of the priority issues of state policy, and considering the fact that the defense forces are an inseparable part of state security, the study of their information security is essential. The feasibility of this study is confirmed by the fact that in the current conditions of development of the information society, the information technology of the Ukrainian defence forces must adapt to the current challenges and threats, to ensure proper protection of information of strategic importance to the state and collected, consolidated and stored by the defence forces. The purpose of this article is to identify problems of information security of defence forces in Ukraine, to find ways of their elimination. Formal logical, systemic structural, comparative and legal methods were used to conduct the research. It is stated that by dividing the information space and cyber space, the legislator has laid down legal regulation of protection of the information space of the state. It is understood that the Lithuanian and Latvian forces for combating threats to the information space were consolidated within the structure of the Ministry of Defence.

The sea toll is a marine logistics transportation concept initiated by the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo. This program connects important ports on five Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Papua, and Java. President Jokowi and Vice President Jusuf Kalla made the sea toll project a flagship project to improve inter-island connectivity in Indonesia. The sea highway is a route for large ships that connects important ports in Indonesia, Makassar City. One of Makassar City's developments towards international trade is the Makassar New Port (MNP) as an east and west transportation connectivity. The research area was carried out in Makassar City, with the object of research being the Makassar New Port, which is one part of the marine highway program. It chose the location of this study because it is easy for researchers to obtain research data, both primary and secondary data, for distributing questionnaires and observing other sources based on the literature. The results obtained from this study are that there is no significant influence, both positive and negative.
