Comparative analysis of soybean transcriptional profiles reveals defense mechanisms involved in resistance againstDiaporthe caulivora

Abstract: Soybean stem canker (SSC) caused by the fungal pathogen Diaporthe caulivora is an important disease affecting soybean production.
