Comparative Analysis of Selected Chemical Parameters of Coffea arabica, from Cascara to Silverskin

Abstract: Nowadays, there is an increased interest in coffee derivatives (green beans, roasted beans, and coffee by-products (Cascara and Silverskin)) due to their particular chemical composition.
