Abstract: An aneurysm's rupture is commonly associated with its maximum diameter, yet biomechanical studies emphasize the significant influence of mechanical wall shear stress (WSS) in this process. This study focuses on two models of aortic aneurysms: abdominal aortic aneurysm and descending thoracic aortic aneurysm.
