Como é o chefe ideal? Um estudo sobre a sua representação social em portugueses

Abstract: Sendo a liderança uma das temáticas que mais atenção tem recebido por parte dos investigadores das Ciências Sociais, o objetivo deste estudo é identificar e interpretar as representações sociais do chefe ideal entre portugueses.
