Communication Competence, Nursing Professionalism and Job Performance among Home Healthcare Nurses

Abstract: This study was done to identify the effects of communication competence and nursing professionalism on job performance among home healthcare nurses. Methods: The participants were 116 home healthcare nurses working at the hospitals. Data were collected from February 11 to March 22, 2019 and were analyzed with Multiple Regression Analysis.
