Communication as the purpose of existence of modern organizations

Abstract: In the postindustrial society organizational success depends not only on the direction for profit, but also on the creation of values. One of the priorities in the 21st century is interpersonal communication at a distance. In the trenches of today's business processes are those organizations whose main activity is human communication.
