This research discusses Jewish ethnicity which is in the national interest of the State of Israel. To analyze this phenomenon will be used a theory from Hans Kohn namely ethnic nationalism, in the context of this Jewish nationalism if we see that one of the formations of a Nation is ethnicity. Jews are an ethnicity that transforms into an understanding of nationality, in order to strengthen its political position and the emergence of identity politics, so Jews as a nation must build political power. Where political power is manifested by an entity of the State of Israel, therefore the State of Israel has an interest in establishing a Jewish identity within the framework of the State of Religion.

In today's digital era, social media has become a popular platform to convey messages and information to audiences. One of the contents that is often encountered is da'wah delivered by religious figures or ustadz. One well-known figure is Habib Jafar, who often delivers da'wah messages through the Login program on Deddy Corbuzier's YouTube channel. In this context, it is necessary to analyze the da'wah message conveyed by Habib Jafar in the program to understand the characteristics, objectives, and effectiveness of the da'wah message conveyed. The purpose of this study was to analyze the message of da'wah conveyed by Habib Jafar in the Login program on Deddy Corbuzier's YouTube channel. This research uses a qualitative approach with content analysis methods. The data used is a video recording from the Login program featuring Habib Jafar's da'wah. Researchers will analyze the message of da'wah conveyed, including content, delivery style, and communication strategies used. The results showed that the message of da'wah conveyed by Habib Jafar in the "Login" program on Deddy Corbuzier's YouTube Channel had strong characteristics, clear goals, and effectiveness in reaching the audience. This program has succeeded in being an effective tool in conveying religious messages to the audience in an interesting and relevant way, as well as having a positive influence in motivating the audience to practice religious teachings in their daily lives

This research analyzes the economic policy strategy for human resource development for the regional house of representative members in Bandung Regency. The method applied is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The results illustrate that the role of the members of DPRD in Bandung Regency has been carried out according to their primary duties and functions. The positive impact of economic policy is enough to develop human resources for more qualified and competent representatives of the people. Several economic policy strategies have been produced in the form of regional regulations on equity participation in BPR and BJB, non-permanent revolving funds, and food security. The conclusion obtained is that the achievement of the duties and functions of the members of the Regional People's Representative Council in Bandung Regency can be performed if there is a strategic policy that can develop their resources.
