Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR): A Review on Teachers’ Perception & Plurilingualism

Abstract: Common Framework of Reference (CEFR) is a document produced by the council of Europe (CoE) to set a standard for teaching and learning English as the Second Language (ESL).
