Commercial products for CSCW

Abstract: If we had to pick one phrase to sum up the discussion that took place at the CSCW commercial products panel it would be "change takes time" --- change not only in technology but also in the way people behave. All of the panelists remarked that the nature of CSCW products requires change --- in technology, in how people work and in how people think. All of this requires time.
