Commentary: Primary cardiac sarcoma—Systemic disease requires systemic therapy

Abstract: Primary cardiac sarcoma is a rare and deadly disease. Surgical resection for appropriate tumors is first-line therapy. Adjuvant chemotherapy increases survival in this usually systemic disease.
