Combining Multicriteria Decision‐Making Tools to Identify Critical Success Factors that Affect the Performance of Training Course Projects

Abstract: This paper combines two multicriteria decision‐making (MCDM) tools to identify the critical success factors (CSFs) that impact the performance of personnel training course projects in the semiconductor industry in Taiwan. The study collected the factors that influence performance by interviewing experts and constructed a hierarchical factor table.
