Combining capillary electrophoresis and next-generation sequencing for aptamer selection

Abstract: Next-generation sequencing (NGS) machines can sequence millions of DNA strands in a single run, such as oligonucleotide (oligo) libraries comprising millions to trillions of discrete oligo sequences.
