Combined Phenomena of Beam-Beam and Beam Electron Cloudeffects in Circular E+ E- Colliders

Abstract: An electron cloud causes various effects in high intensity positron storage rings. Positron beam and electron cloud can be considered a typical two stream system with a plasma frequency. Beam-beam effect is also an important issue for high luminosity circular colliders. Colliding two beams are considered as a two-stream system with another plasma frequency.
