Combined host depletion and metagenomics sequencing significantly improves the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis.

Abstract: Rapid and accurate detection of MTB (Mycobacterium tuberculosis) is key to eliminating tuberculosis. Metagenomic sequencing combining host depletion can significantly improve the diagnostic performance for tuberculosis.
