Abstract:Indonesia is among of the massive coffee producers country in the world. Aceh is the fourth biggest coffee producer in Indonesia. Coffee processing produces a side-product called coffee peel. Apart from coffee, there are other natural ingredients that have antioxidant benefits, such as patchouli which is a typical Acehnese product.
