Combinación de alta cizalla y ultrasonido para la obtención de nanopartículas de carbonato de calcio a partir de cáscara de huevo

Abstract: El objetivo de este estudio fue evaluar el efecto combinado de la dispersión de alta cizalla y ultrasonido de alta intensidad sobre las características de nanopartículas (NPs) de carbonato de calcio (CaCO3) de cáscara de huevo de gallina (Gallus gallus domesticus).
