Abstract: Pt-ATRA, a carboplatin analogue containing an all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) derivative ligand, was synthesized via a click reaction. Pt-ATRA demonstrates dual function by inducing cell apoptosis and inhibiting tumor metastasis.
