The majority of people are medically unqualified to research or comprehend the severity of their ailments or symptoms. Natural language processing plays a critical role in healthcare in this area. These chatbots collect patient health data and, based on that data, provide more relevant information to patients about their physical ailments, as well as advise next steps. Artificial intelligence (AI)-powered healthcare chatbots are useful in the medical industry for supporting patients and directing them to the most appropriate resources. Chatbots are more useful for online searches that users or patients conduct when they are searching for answers to their health-related questions. With this application, a user can make health requests via text message and might also get relevant health suggestions/recommendations through it. This Chatbot is developed to be both educational and conversational. Chatbot delivers medical information, such as symptoms and remedies for diseases. Patients’ personal and medical information is stored in a database for further study, and patients receive real-time advice from experts. AI-powered apps in healthcare have experienced a significant increase in recent days. As a result, office wait times are reduced, saving money and energy. Patients may be learning medical information and assisting at their own pace and location.

The socio-economic conditions around us have been significantly deteriorating taking a toll on the mental health of each contributing to an escalation in the number of people agonizing mental health issues such as anxiety, stress, etc. Due to the corona virus outbreak, many individuals suffered the feeling of helplessness and depression during this time, although the action and reaction vary from person to person, some may be panicking or some may be suffering from collective hysteria, the feeling of helplessness is also emerging due to the desperation and hopelessness caused by the disease. These circumstances demand compelling contemplation in order to eradicate or control the shoot up in the number of cases worldwide. In this paper, we introduce Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and its importance in today's time looking at the cur-rent scenario. Throughout the years, there has been an evolution in the way CBT treatment is done. Nowadays, CBT has become more easily accessible as compared to before because sometimes a person's condition might not be that serious and so they might feel awkward going for a therapy session. It will help to treat a lot of people at one time and that too according to their convenience. As of now, we can combine CBT and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to help and reach out to larger audiences keeping in mind to provide convenience and ease, while having the therapy. The motive is to make them appreciate every part of life and look for a positive reason behind everything.

Conversational agents can be used to make diagnoses, classify mental states, promote health education, and provide emotional support. The benefits of adopting conversational agents include widespread access, increased treatment engagement, and improved patient relationships with the intervention. We propose here a framework to assist chat operators of mental healthcare services, instead of a fully automated conversational agent. This design eases the adverse effects of applying chatbots in mental healthcare. The proposed framework is capable of improving the quality and reducing the time of interactions via chat between a user and a chat operator. We also present a case study in the context of health promotion on reducing tobacco use. The proposed framework uses artificial intelligence, specifically natural language processing (NLP) techniques, to classify messages from chat users. A list of suggestions is offered to the chat operator, with topics to be discussed in the session. These suggestions were created based on service protocols and the classification of previous chat sessions. The operator can also edit the suggested messages. Data collected can be used in the future to improve the quality of the suggestions offered.
