Abstract:In this paper we have studied information entropy and its time derivative for colored cross-correlated noise driven open systems. These quantities are calculated based on the Fokker-Planck description of stochastic processes. Our results consider the effect of the noise correlation strength and correlation time due to the correlation between additive and multiplicative white noises on the information entropy as well as relaxation time. The interplay of deterministic and random forces reveals non-monotonic beha… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
