Abstract: Introduction/Objective Chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML) is a myeloid neoplasm characterized by sustained monocytosis, ranging from cytopenia with a dysplastic subtype to leukocytosis with a proliferative subtype, with a typical mutational profile involving TET2, ASXL1, and SRSF2.
