Enteric fever is a common occurrence in Southeast Asia with a myriad of presentations. Partial treatment often leads to prolonged illness. Along with this, bowel imaging often confounds the picture with tuberculosis. Colonoscopy and biopsy may help to differentiate from tuberculosis.
