Colon Adenocarcinoma Metastasis Through Ileocolic Fistula to Small Bowel in the Setting of Crohn’s Disease

Abstract: Purpose: Patients with Crohn’s disease (CD) are at higher risk of developing colorectal cancer (CRC) and gastrointestinal fistula.
