Abstract: Palmoplantar keratoderma (PPK) is a broad entity comprising wide range of hereditary and acquired disorders. Herein, we present a case of 18-year-old female who presented with complaints of palmoplantar thickening since birth and progressive constriction bands around digits for 3 years.
