Collagen Related Muscle Diseases

Abstract: Collagen XII-related disorders (COLXII-RD) are a heterogenous group of disorders with overlapping symptoms involving both connective tissue and muscle, clinically manifesting with hyperlaxity, contractures, and weakness of variable clinical severity.
