Abstract

The emergence of polemics at the level of thought of young intellectuals is a reality that is positive enough for people's intelligence to understand. Not to mention that since the implementation of Qanun Jinayat Number 6 in 2014 there have been no good results, there are still hundreds of violators/years, this proves that the implementation of Qanun Jinayat in the city of Lhokseumawe has not been successful. Chaos Theory regarding the Butterfly Effect. based on this theory does not rule out the possibility that in the future the Province of Aceh, especially the youth, will lose their identity as Acehnese people because social problems today cannot be resolved by the government, the government is not serious about involving other stakeholders, it is necessary to have a collaborative manager in implementing the Qanun Jinayat. have an impact on the future. Based on these conditions, the researcher here wants to take the first step to anticipate potential problems in the future because Jinayat Law is a form of resistance to the era of globalization which can eliminate the identity of a region or country.Munculnya polemik di level pemikiran para intelektual muda merupakan realitas yang cukup positif bagi pencerdasan masyarakat untuk memahami. Belum lagi semenjak di implementasikan Qanun Jinayat Nomor 6 tahun 2014 belum ada hasil yang baik masih terdapat pelanggar dalam jumlah ratusan/tahun, ini membuktikan bahwa implementasi Qanun Jinayat pada kota lhokseumawe belum berhasil. Chaos Theory mengenai Butterfly Effect. berdasarkan teori tersebut tidak menutup kemungkinan di masa mendatang Provinsi Aceh terkhususnya muda-mudi akan kehilangan identitasnya sebagai masyarakat Aceh, sebab permasalahan sosial dewasa ini tidak dapat diselesaikan oleh pemerintah, ketidak seriusan pemerintah dalam melibatkan stateholder lain, maka diperlukan collaborative managent dalam menjalankan Qanun Jinayat akan berdampak pada masa mendatang. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut disini peneliti ingin mengambil langkah awal untuk mengantisipasi potensi masalah di masa yang akan datang dikarenakan Hukum Jinayat merupakan wujud Resistance terhadap era globalisasi yang dapat menghilangkan identitas sebuah daerah maupun negara.
