“Collaborative Innovation” – Wie bringt man die Arzneimittelentwicklung zurück auf die Erfolgsspur?

Abstract: Wer teilt gewinnt: Das „Collaborative Innovation“‐Konzept hat das Potenzial, die wachsenden Herausforderungen für die Pharmaindustrie zu überwinden. Um dabei erfolgreich zu sein, ist es wichtig, die Kräfte unterschiedlichster Partner auf globaler Ebene zu bündeln und verschiedene Ansätze flexibel zu kombinieren. Dies erfordert die richtige Einstellung aller Beteiligten, eine Kombination aus interner Exzellenz und Offenheit nach außen und den richtigen organisatorischen Aufbau.
