Collaborative Decisionmaking for Sustainable Urban Renewal Projects: A Simulation – Gaming Approach

Abstract: Differences in stakeholders' perceptions, lack of commitment, unused knowledge, and interfering, ineffective, measures are just some of the problems encountered in sustainable urban development projects.
