Cold Embossing of Ceramic Green Tapes

Abstract: The development of alumina green tapes, made of water based binder systems, allows the structuring by so-called cold embossing. The cold embossing disclaims time expensive heating and cooling phases as needed for hot embossing. That allows a reduction of process time.
