Cold Agglutinins in a Patient Undergoing Aortic Arch Repair: Temperature Control and Perfusion Strategy

Abstract: (thiamazole, 30 mg, and potassium iodide, 50 mg daily) in combination with a beta-blocker (bisoprolol, 2.5 mg daily).
