Abstract: Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Type 1 (MEN-1) is an autosomal dominant familial disorder associated with tumors in both endocrine and non-endocrine organs. It is uncommon for MEN-1 to coincide with breast cancer. We present a case of a 15-year-old Saudi girl who exhibited the classic symptoms of MEN-1 and subsequently developed breast cancer.
