Coil Embolization of a Palatine Artery Pseudoaneurysm in a Gelding

Abstract: Severe epistaxis in the horse may be caused by a ruptured major palatine artery pseudoaneurysm. Occlusion of this vessel can be successfully accomplished by transarterial coil embolization.
