The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has affected all areas of public life, including the education system. The introduction of restrictive measures (social self-isolation) to contain COVID-19 has led to changes in the work of educational organizations. All subjects of education: teachers, students, and their parents have to adapt technically and psychologically to new learning conditions, mastering various forms of distance interaction on the Internet. Special programs and applications allow you to exchange information and files. Each of them has its own advantages and disadvantages, their use is fraught with certain threats, as is the case with any other services on the Internet. The article actualizes the problem of the effectiveness of the teacher's pedagogical technique in the context of the massive use of distance educational technologies. This article analyzes the risk and threats factors of the modern information society, which rise the need to improve the qualifications of all subjects of the educational process to ensure the information security of the educational environment. The idea of the need for the design, development, and implementation of advanced training courses for teachers of educational organizations, dedicated to information security and the use of distance learning technologies in the system of additional education, is substantiated. Information and communication competence is considered as a category component of a teacher's pedagogical technique. The results of surveys of teachers, children, and their parents are presented, based on which the relevance and content of individual modules of advanced training courses for teachers as a condition for increasing the effectiveness of their pedagogical technique are defined and characterized.

As a central task of adolescent development, the process of self-determination is realized in an informationdriven society. Digital socialization restructures the model and forms of building communication with significant others and, primarily, with peers. It is imperative to analyze the moral regulation of interactions in the context of intensified Internet communication. The aim of our study was to investigate moral development typical of adolescents that employ various cognitive types of social information processing during their communication in social media. The study involved 224 adolescents aged 13-18 years. A battery of methods included techniques for determining cognitive ways of evaluating social information from the Internet, assessing the level of moral development (moral judgments and moral responsibility), and features of personal core beliefs. The outcomes are based on classification of the cognitive types of social information processing in adolescents in social media targeted for teenage audiences: "Behaviorists", "Analysts", "Effective doers". An analysis of the moral development features in teens with different types of cognitive information processing found out that the group of effective doers is more focused on postconventional moral judgments and recognition of moral responsibility for one's actions. Adolescents with ineffective cognitive ways of social information processing ("Behaviorists" and "Analysts") demonstrate preferences towards the preconventional level of moral development and are less willing to accept moral responsibility while recognizing the fact that misconduct is punishable. It was shown that the basic assumption "Belief in good luck" is more typical of adolescents with an "effective" cognitive type of social information processing.

“…If a balanced type of psychological well-being is characterized by a high level of moral judgment and the efficiency of processing social information, then the ego-centered type reveals lowlevel moral judgment, self-orientation and self-interest, low effectiveness of cognitive methods of processing social information with severity of symptoms of Internet addiction. Molchanov et al (2018) revealed the relationship between cognitive ways of processing social information of the Internet network and the features of moral consciousness and ideas about moral regulation, responsibility and moral sensitivity. Preference for moral judgments of the post-conventional level, willingness to recognize moral responsibility in a situation of violation of moral norm, sensitivity to the moral content of communication and interpersonal interaction are observed in adolescents with high efficiency of cognitive processing of information.…”
