Cognitive Health Promotion Program for Community-Dwelling Seniors: Who Are We Reaching?

Abstract: This exploratory study examines the reach of Jog Your Mind, a multifactorial community-based program promoting cognitive vitality among seniors with no known cognitive impairment.
