Abstract:Moesin-like gene 1 antisense was increased in the postmortem cortex of patients with autism spectrum disorders. Overexpression of moesin-like gene 1 antisense induces downregulation of moesin expression in cortical neurons, resulting in decreased neurite numbers and length.
