Cognitive behaviour therapy for the chronic fatigue syndrome: a randomised controlled trial

Abstract: Adding cognitive behaviour therapy to the medical care of patients with the chronic fatigue syndrome is acceptable to patients and leads to a sustained reduction in functional impairment.
