Abstract: Introduction: Postpartum women are prone to experience psychological disorders such as baby blues and postpartum depression. Postpartum depression can occur due to prolonged baby blues. Complaints that are often felt include anxiety, difficulty sleeping, lack of confidence and changes in mood.
