Cognitive and behavioural but not motor impairment increases brain age in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis

Abstract: Age is the most important single risk factor of sporadic amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Neuroimaging together with machine learning algorithms allows estimating individuals’ brain age.
