Coexpressed modular gene expression reveals inverse correlation between immune responsive transcription and aggressiveness in gastric tumours

Abstract: The existing large number of gene expression profiles of tumour samples offers a great advantage for the integrative functional genomic exploration of molecular dysregulation in cancers.
