COEXPEDIA: exploring biomedical hypotheses via co-expressions associated with medical subject headings (MeSH)

Abstract: The use of high-throughput array and sequencing technologies has produced unprecedented amounts of gene expression data in central public depositories, including the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO).
