Coexisting Primary Cancers of Endometrium and Ovary: Experience of Single Institution

Abstract: Synchronous primary cancers of the endometrium and ovary (SEOC) occur in approximately 10% of all women with ovarian cancer and 5% of all women with endometrial cancer. Diagnosis of these tumors as independent primaries or metastases is necessary for appropriate staging and treatment.
