“…Beobachtungen vieler Kliniker habcn gezeigt, daß ein gemeinsames Auftrcten von Gicht und rheumatoider Arthritis (RA) ein ausgesprochen seltenes Ereignis ist (5). Erst 1966 wurde von Owen und Mitarbeitern ein Fall beschrieben mit bioptisch verifizierten Rheumaknoten, Na-Urat enthaltenden Gichttophi, Erhöhung der Harnsäure in Serum und Harn, positivem Rheumafaktornachweis, symmetrischer Polyarthritis und akuten Gichtanfällen, die auf Colchicin gut ansprachen (4).
