Abstract:Acute myocardial infarction with normal coronary arteries is a well known condition, which is typically diagnosed in young patients. Coronary vasospasm, inherited, acquired or malignancy-induced hypercoagulable state, collagen vascular disease and coronary arterial embolism have been considered as underlying etiologic factors.
