Abstract: Background: Adipokines are peptides secreted mainly by adipose tissue, which have been demonstrated to be vital targets of metabolic diseases. However, the effect of coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) on adipokines has not been well studied. Methods: We investigate the effect of CoQ10 intervention on adipokines in dyslipidemic patients.
